We believe that local communities are always rich in expertise and resources and that they are the main actors in every intervention. Therefore, it is very important to involve local communities in all intervention processes and even in building and planning them, which requires us to work with communities and empower them through our projects to be more able to participate in planning and working on the interventions and projects that are being implemented. The empowerment process includes various stages and levels, starting from the design of interventions through implementation and evaluation. This includes economic, cultural, social and even political empowerment.
