Advocacy Campaign: Positive Discourse and Rejection of Violence

In the town of Maarat Misrin, where the host community lives alongside families displaced from the eastern region, differences in opinions, customs, and traditions sometimes led to isolation and even disputes between the two groups. Since settling and integrating these families has become a reality and an urgent necessity, the "Positive Discourse and Rejection of Violence Campaign" was launched. Its goal is to activate the role of influential figures and various community groups in building peace, promoting positive dialogue, rejecting violence, and bridging viewpoints — to create a coexisting society in which everyone participates.

Advocacy Campaign: Women Peacemakers

In Salqin, differences in opinions, customs, and traditions between the host community and the displaced community have sometimes led to isolation and disputes. As the city has become a refuge and crossing point for displaced people from across Syria, there is an urgent need for initiatives that include women who face the heaviest burdens of war. The campaign highlights women's essential role in peacebuilding as mothers, daughters, activists, and workers, and seeks to integrate families from the eastern region into the community. It also aims to activate the role of influential women in both communities to build peace and social cohesion in northwestern Syria.
