Social Cohesion, Community Dialogue, and Human Rights Promotion

In order for human rights to be respected and protected, the values of freedom, justice and equality must be consolidated, the principle of the rule of law applied and political participation strengthened, which are the same basic elements for achieving democracy. Democracy provides the appropriate and necessary natural environment for the protection and implementation of human rights as required, and civil society in all its formations - which we consider ourselves a form of - plays pivotal roles in these areas, starting with awareness, passing through advocacy for these principles and rights and following up on their implementation, and we do not forget the role of monitoring, evaluation, documentation, codification, blogging, and accountability at all levels and for all responsible parties.
