This project aims to enhance social cohesion, mutual trust, and peaceful coexistence between Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) originating from Northeast Syria and their host communities in Northwest Syria. Building on previous interventions, the initiative focuses on reducing community tensions, fostering inclusive dialogue, and addressing shared social and civic challenges. Key activities include facilitating community dialogue sessions, supporting joint social cohesion initiatives, and engaging local influencers, youth, and women in collaborative problem-solving. By creating safe spaces for interaction and promoting shared community priorities, the project strengthens community resilience and fosters long-term peaceful integration across host and displaced groups.
