The project aims to strengthen social ties between displaced people from the northeastern Syrian sites, present in the two project areas, and the local population through activities that will last approximately seven months in each of the areas above providing support for processes of social cohesiveness via dialogue, negotiation, and peaceful dispute resolution. Reducing tensions between indigenous groups and displaced people from the eastern region, advocating against hate speech and incitement against displaced people, equipping young people with peace-building tools and assisting them in launching similar initiatives, identifying the most significant barriers to community peace, analyzing conflict factors, and opportunities for community cohesion. The research will address the most pressing challenges confronting IDPs in the eastern area, also conducting 12 dialogue sessions with representatives from three main IDP tribes in the target sites. Following that, the dialogue will occur between IDPs from the NE and host communities in NW Syria.
